1General Terms

By using the 33bm website and all related services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 33bm's services.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

• One person may operate only one account; opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name.

If any information provided at registration changes, you are required to notify our support team immediately. In the event of false information being provided, 33bm reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any accumulated balance at any time.

Identity Verification (KYC)

33bm may request that an identity verification process be completed when necessary. This may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

3Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You should not share this information with any third party.

• Notify 33bm immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after signing in from a public or shared computer.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 33bm are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). We support the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Digital transaction service by the Postal Department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's digital wallet
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 1 hour

In the event of suspicious financial activity, 33bm reserves the right to place any transaction on hold and request additional verification.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

33bm offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳47,000

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• It may not be possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• 33bm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the associated reward will be cancelled.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on the 33bm platform are conducted under the following general rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology — fair play is guaranteed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, 33bm will take action in accordance with the applicable rules.
• 33bm is not liable for any incorrect payout or reward displayed due to a software or hardware error.

Sports Betting Rules

The following applies when placing bets in the sports betting section:

• All bets will be settled in accordance with the designated market rules.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be handled according to 33bm's sports rules.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of an event, the official result of the relevant sports governing body will be considered final.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bm platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Opening or operating an account with false or misleading information.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical aid.
• Participating in bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage activities.
• Any form of fraudulent or syndicate-based betting activity.
• Making transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to breach or disrupt the platform's security systems.

8Privacy & Data Protection

• In the event of fraudulent or suspicious activity.

In the event of account suspension, 33bm will notify you within a reasonable time, unless doing so is not possible for legal reasons.

12Changes to Terms

33bm reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

• Users may be notified by email of significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
